The culmination of years of walking our dachshund, Ellie Mae, and the looks, smiles and things unsaid.

Ellie Mae came to us from a puppy mill, through Bow-Wow Rescue in Clinton, Ontario. She was approximately 5 years old when she came to live with us, and all we knew about her was that she had lived her life in a crate, being bred for money.Her paws are splayed from growing up and living in a crate and she has severe anxiety due to the trauma that she endured.She is our sweet girl, with attitude - a creature of habit in every aspect of her senior life. Ellie Mae is approximately 12 now, living her best life, and loved by everyone she meets.
